I received my Bachelor’s degree in environmental science with a focus in public health from Loyola University Chicago.

After years of startup experience and navigating a career change of my own, I founded The Dietitian Lab to help individuals make their dreams a reality. As a career changer myself, I know firsthand the challenges of navigating the world of dietetics, and so I’m here to help you get started!

As someone with many passions, I now enjoy helping others become registered dietitians while also working as a Product Manger at a tech startup.

Note:

In 2024, a Masters degree will be required to become a Registered Dietitian (RDN). I strictly follow and research The Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) requirements in order to ensure you will be eligible to sit for the RDN licensing exam.
